1. Summary

The following decisions are sought:

a) That Councillor Mrs Carole Leversha be appointed as the County Council representative on the Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust.

b) That Councillor Adam Carew be appointed as the County Council representative on the Whitehill and Bordon Town Partnership Committee

2. Reason

To maintain County Council representation within the community.

Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust

The NHS Trust was given NHS Foundation Trust status on 1 December 2006 and have invited the County Council to its membership as a Governor representative. The Governor representative must be either a Member on the Children and Young People Policy Review Committee or the Adult Services Policy Review Committee.

Whitehill and Bordon Town Partnership

Whitehill and Bordon Town Partnership have invited the County Council to formally nominate the local member for Whitehill onto the Partnership Committee. The local member, Councillor Adam Carew has been a committed volunteer Partnership Member since it was set up and has indicated his willingness to sit on the Committee.
