1. that the business plans for HC3S, County Supplies, Hampshire Transport Management and Hampshire Printing Services and the proposed use of the accumulated surpluses be approved. 2. that the proposal to commit £607,000 of the accumulated surplus to the replacement of the vehicle maintenance facilities at Bishops Waltham together with associated works be approved.
