The following decisions are sought: |

That approval be given to: 1. The progress being made with the Merton Rise development and that the disposal strategy for the next major phase of work be reported to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel in the Spring 2007. 2. The Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services bringing forward a report on the marketing of the redundant library HQ building in North Walls, Winchester, and the overall cost of the Discovery Centre project. 3. The action taken to begin the refurbishment of Ashburton Court.
