The following decisions are sought: |

1. That the existing term engineering maintenance contracts for Areas A, B and C be extended to 31 July as indicated below: · Area A - W Churches · Area B - Emcor · Area C - PME
|

2. That the existing term engineering contract for the HQ Complex only (currently part of Area D) be extended with Johnson Controls from 1 August 2007 to 31 October 2008. |
