i) that approval be given to the acceptance of an offer received following marketing of this property for the sale of 44-46 Verdi Close, Basingstoke as set out in the report; and ii) the Director of Property, Business & Regulatory (Head of Estates) being authorised to determine the purchaser and settle detailed terms and conditions. |

This proposal supports the Corporate Priority of maximising wellbeing in that the capital receipt will be used to contribute towards the provision of improved respite care facilities in Firvale on the Park Prewett Hospital site, Basingstoke, thus maximising the well-being of children with severe and profound disabilities and their families. |
