1.1 The following decision is sought:

That approval be given to complete the disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews and other routine transactions as detailed on the schedule attached in the confidential section of this agenda.

2 Reasons

2.1 The transactions detailed in the schedule will ensure efficient and effective use of the County Council's property assets. Collectively, the proposals support all three of the Corporate Priorities: Hampshire safer and more secure for all, maximising wellbeing and enhancing our quality of space.
