Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

1. That the existing term engineering maintenance contracts for Areas A, B and C be extended to 31 July as indicated below:

    · Area A - W Churches

    · Area B - Emcor

    · Area C - PME

2. That the existing term engineering contract for the HQ Complex only (currently part of Area D) be extended with Johnson Controls from 1 August 2007 to 31 October 2008.

Reason(s)

2.1

The provision of term engineering contracts ensures that the mechanical and electrical services in County Council buildings are managed to a high standard, providing a safe and secure environment.
