Notice of Motion - Hip Dysplasia and Disabled parking

To consider the following Notice of Motion submitted pursuant to Standing Order 17 by Councillor S.H. Reid and seconded by Councillor P.A. Heath.

"That temporary blue passes entitling drivers to use disabled parking bays be made available to parents whose children are diagnosed with hp dysplasia and who are obliged to wear hip spica casts."
