· To complete phase 1 of the CADDIE project by achieving the public launch of the website and database. Target April 07

· To support the delivery of the project during 2007/8 in conjunction with the other 16 partners.

· To publicise the website to our residents to increase public reassurance

· To develop reporting and analysis for elected members and officers.

CADDIE supports the County Council's key corporate priority, Hampshire safer and more secure for all. CADDIE also supports the work of all 14 local CDRP's.

Overall funding arrangements

(please specify total cost of project and the amounts contributed from other partners)

· Total project annual costs are £65 000.These have been divided as follows: 11 district councils £3200 each, 3 unitary authoritaries £3200 (IOW £2000) and HCC, Hampshire Constabulary and HFRS £3533 each, the remainder being funded by the Home Office Regional Directors Fund. See attached appendix for breakdown of costs.
