    To consider the report of the Chief Officer recommending a change to the Committee's terms of reference.

7. BEST VALUE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (BVPI) AND LOCAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (LPI)

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer containing highlights of the performance indicators data for the third quarter of 2006/07.

8. IMPROVEMENT PLANNING REGISTER

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer presenting the latest updated Improvement Planning Register.

9. RECOMMENDATIONS AND ACTIONS ARISING FROM INTERNAL AUDIT REPORTS

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the progress against internal audit recommendations.

10. PROGRESS REPORT ON ACTIONS TAKEN TO MEET THE RECOMMENDATIONS DETAILED IN THE BEST VALUE REVIEW OF PARTNERSHIPS

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the actions taken to meet the recommendations contained within the Best Value Review of Partnerships.
