1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

(i) That the attached draft Project Integra Annual Action Plan 2007-2012 be approved with reservations expressed in relation to the paragraphs on Recycling Credits and the Landfill Allowance Trading Scheme, as set out in the attached appendix.

(ii) That the attached amended Project Integra Constitution be approved.

2. Reason

2.1 These decisions enable continued improvement and efficiency to waste management practices and facilities in Hampshire, particularly through the Household Waste Recycling Centre network.

2.2 To enable the Project Integra Action Plan 2007-2012 to be adopted by the Project Integra Strategic Board, formerly the Management Board, and in turn enable the vision and long-term strategy to be progressed.
