1. Dates for the meetings of the River Hamble Harbour Board during 2007 will be as follows:

· Friday, 18 May - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 20 July - 10 a.m.


· Wednesday, 26 September - 10 a.m. (New Date)


· Friday, 23 November - 10 a.m.

2. Meetings of the Management Committee in 2007 will be as follows (these dates have all changed since the report on dates provided at the November meeting):

Monday 16 April, Monday 18 June, Tuesday 23 October - all at 10 a.m.

3. The annual consultation meeting with stakeholders will be held on Tuesday, 27 March 2007 at 7.00pm at Hamble Primary School.

4. It is expected that the annual boat trip will take place after the meeting of the Management Committee on 18 June, following lunch at the venue (the Royal Southern Yacht Club).
