1.1 The following decision is sought

1.2 To negotiate single tenders for Carers Support Services in Basingstoke, New Forest, Havant & Petersfield, Winchester, Andover, Eastleigh and Romsey areas.

2. Reason(s)

2.1 This report supports all the corporate strategies through the provision of carers support services to enable people to maintain independence in their own home, enhancing quality of life in the process and maximising wellbeing.

3.1 Tendering not considered, as thought inappropriate during a consultation process relating to the long-term provisions of carers services.
