The following decision is sought: |

That the Executive Member for Policy and Resources approves the scheme to refurbish the existing sports hall and changing rooms at Staunton Community Sports College, at an estimated cost of £634,000, excluding fees. |

To carry out enhancement works to the existing sports hall, changing rooms and corridor areas which are in need of repair, refurbishment and improvement. |

The proposed works will maximise wellbeing and enhance the quality of place for all users of the community sports hall, by providing improved facilities. |
