1 Summary

1.1. The following decisions are sought:

a. That £5,000 per annum be awarded to Hampshire County Scout Council for scouts undertaking visits/jamborees.

b. That an appropriate sum per annum be awarded to Hampshire Girlguiding East, Hampshire Girlguiding West and Hampshire Girlguiding North for guides undertaking visits/jamborees.

c. That all requests detailed below and all future requests from scouts and guides be referred to the above-mentioned organisations for their consideration:

Katie Reynolds, Fleet

Ginni Marsh, Old Basing

Fiona Auld, Fleet

Felicity Smith, Curdridge

Bethany Thomas, Yateley

d. That no grant be awarded to Thomas Peachey from Worting towards his medical project in Syria/Jordan.

e. That in future grant requests will not be considered from students undertaking electives.
