That approval be given for the areas of former highway in Queensmead and its immediate vicinity necessary for the redevelopment of the Queensmead/Kingsmead shopping centre and that the Director of Property Business and Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) be authorised to settle detailed terms and conditions.
