1. Summary and Purpose
1.1. The Forward Plan provides Members with an overview of issues to come before the Committee in forthcoming months. The Plan will be refreshed following each Committee meeting and subsequently maintained between meetings
1.2. The Plan will track issues related to `consultation' and `items for information' from Proposals to Develop or Vary NHS Services where the Chairman has requested information as decided by the Committee.
1.3. The Plan will also track issues that have been raised by Members and agreed by the Chairman to be included within the Forward Plan.
1.4. The Forward Plan supports the Corporate Strategy: Aim 5 - Improving Services by enabling Members to track the work of the Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee in its role of improving health services.
