7. IMPROVING SCRUTINY ARRANGEMENTS

To consider the report of the Chief Officer seeking approval to a change to the terms of reference of the Performance Review Committee to improve the effectiveness of the Authority's scrutiny arrangements.

8. REVISED MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS

To consider the report of the Clerk about the revised Code of Conduct for Members.
