a) the revised Rowner Renewal Partnership proposals as set out in the exempt report. |
|
|
|
b) The County Council's appointees to the Rowner Renewal Partnership at commencement of the project be as set out in the exempt report. |
|

c) That the County Council's appointees to the Rower Renewal Partnership submit regular progress reports. |
|
|
|
d) That Gosport Borough Council be requested to provide further details of their proposals for land south west of Howe Road. |

This proposal supports all three of the County Council's corporate priorities and all four themes in the Hampshire Community Strategy (i.e. Strong and Safe Communities; Health and Wellbeing; Economic Prosperity and Lifelong Learning; Environment, Infrastructure and Transport) and thus falls within the provision of Section 2 of the Local Government Act 2000 (i.e. the general power of wellbeing). |
