1 Appended to this covering note is the final accounts report, 2006/07, considered by the Cabinet on 25 June 2007. This is being submitted to this committee as part of the regular programme of financial scrutiny as previously agreed.

2 The report includes 12 appendices covering well over 100 pages. All of these have already been considered by the Cabinet and in the interests of sustainability further paper copies of the appendices have not been distributed. They can be viewed on the County Council's web pages at
