APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN

The Authority has appointed Councillor Mrs. Jacqui Rayment (Southampton City Council) its Chairman for the ensuing year and Councillor Adrian Collett (Hampshire County Council) its Vice-Chairman.
