Subject to the necessary approvals it is anticipated that tenders will be invited during July 2007, work will commence on site during September 2007 and be completed during November 2007. |
4.3 |
Due to the presence of an established badger sett adjacent to the working area, a badger specialist has been commissioned to approve the pitch design and to assist with supervising construction activities. Construction methods and timings will be restricted to comply with the requirements of the Protection of Badgers Act 1992. |
