Once the IT network at Workshops had been upgraded in November 2006, the annual plan for 2007/8 was due to be produced. Training on Microsoft Project took place with the IS Department in February 2007, however the system proved too resource intensive to be of value as a planning tool. | |

Once in place, the annual plan should be profiled and monitored on a quarterly basis. Consideration should be given to whether a measure should be implemented to determine the achievement of the plan. (BVR Ref. 2.12.2/3) |
