1 The selection of Kier Regional and Mansell Construction for the Andover Primary Schools, Education Centre and Children's Centre programme of work under the SECE Framework for Major Schemes (Tier 1). |
|
2 The appointment of the contractors to the Second Tier Framework arrangement as indicated in the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 2 October 2007. |
|
3 Projects to be undertaken through the second tier framework arrangement. |
|
4 The appointment of the contractor to the Temporary Buildings Term Contract as indicated in the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel of 2 October 2007. |
|
5 The progress made in establishing the Third Tier, Hard Landscaping and Reactive Building Maintenance framework arrangements. |
|
6 The progression of the proposed works at the Winchester Law Courts and Southside Offices. |
|
7 The Shared Services agreement to be formalised with Reading Borough Council. |
|
8 The procurement initiatives implemented this year as set out in Appendix 4 of the report to BLPP on 2 October 2007. |
