8. SOCIAL COHESION

To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the progress of the Social Cohesion Project.

9. YOUNG PEOPLE'S INTER-FAITH PROJECT


    To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services providing an update on the progress made in developing the young people's inter-faith project.

10. SOUTH EAST HAMPSHIRE/PORTSMOUTH INTERFAITH CONFERENCE: JULY 2007

To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the summer conference held for students of GCSE RE.

11. SACRE'S ANNUAL REPORT

To approve the Annual Report.

12. COLLECTIVE WORSHIP AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

    To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on schools' compliance with the legal requirements on Collective Worship and Religious Education.

13. NATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS IN RE

    To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the continued involvement of one of Hampshire's ASTs (Advanced Skills Teacher) in this national strategy.

14. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

    To note that the next meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 26 February 2008 in the Wellington Room, The Castle, Winchester.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/ panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 12(e) or 27; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
