2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All members who believe they have a personal or a prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Fire Authority's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with Paragraph 12 of the Code. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 14 November, 2007.

4. DEPUTATIONS

Pursuant to Standing Order 19, to receive any deputations to this meeting.

5. BUDGET MONITORING 2007/08

    To consider the report of the Treasurer and Chief Officer setting out the latest budget predictions for the year.

6. UPDATED DRAFT BUDGET 2008/09

To consider the report of the Treasurer and the Chief Officer regarding the Authority's budget strategy for 2008/09.

7. DRAFT FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE NATIONAL FRAMEWORK 2008/11 - HFRA RESPONSE

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer regarding the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority's response to the draft Fire and Rescue Service National Framework 2008/11.

8. VEHICLE WORKSHOPS TOUR

At the conclusion of the meeting, Members of the Finance and General Purposes Committee are invited to attend a tour of the new Vehicle Workshops at the Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters. The tour should last approximately half an hour.
