2. The use of the balance of the capital receipt from Crestwood College for:

(i) improvement to external areas including netball facilities at Crestwood College;
(ii) contribution to the sports and recreational facilities at Priestlands School, Lymington;

    (iii) contribution to Wyvern Technology College, Fair Oak, `J- track' running track.


3. To allocate the capital receipt from the disposal of the former Stonecroft Children's Home, Havant, to the Policy and Resources Capital Programme and to allocate it to fund a range of Children's Services office accommodation solutions in southeast Hampshire, principally for Children's Services.

Reason(s)

2.1

To enable a range of building projects to be progressed.

2.2

The completion of projects through Framework arrangements ensures that the schemes are delivered in a cost-effective way, involves closer working and collaboration with the construction industry which ensures continuous improvement in the Council's services and enhances the quality of place in Hampshire.
