To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the introduction of Assessment and Development Centres.

8. EQUAL PAY PROJECT

To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the current progress of the equal pay project.

9. CORPORATE EQUALITY PLAN

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer on proposed adoption of a draft Corporate Equality plan to facilitate the achievement of levels 3 and 4 of the Equality Standard for Local Government.

10. INVESTOR IN PEOPLE ACCREDITATION

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the achievement of the Investors in People national standard.
