The proposed sale will contribute to the Corporate Strategy Aim of "Enhancing our Quality of Place" by securing a good quality residential redevelopment of the land adjoining Cadland Primary School. It also secures funding for the new school, which will provide replacement school buildings and meet the needs of new development. |
