1. Summary
1.1 That grants be awarded from the Hampshire Music and Dance fund as outlined in the attached report.
2. Reason
2.1 To provide enhanced opportunities for talented young people who aspire to excellence in music and dance. These awards will maximise well-being and enhance quality of place by supporting young people in Hampshire who aspire to excellence. Encouraging young people to enjoy and achieve and to make a positive contribution are two of the outcomes of the Children Act.
