Summary

1.1

The following decision is are:

That the Acting Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) be authorised to submit offers for the purchase of approximately 51 hectares (125 acres) of land adjoining Manor Farm Country Park, Botley, as set out in the report.

Reason

2.1

The purchase of land to extend the Manor Farm Country Park will enable the County Council to enhance the recreation and conservation opportunities for local residents and visitors. The proposed purchase would be in line with the corporate objectives of improving wellbeing and enhancing our quality of place.

Not to bid for the acquisition of the land.
