That approval be given to: |

|
|
a) the sale of the property to the preferred purchaser or to one of the three closest bidders on the basis set out in the report; and |
|
|
|
b) the Acting Director of Property Business and Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) to settle detailed terms and conditions of sale. |

The proposed sale will contribute to the Corporate Strategy Aim of "Enhancing our quality of place" by securing a good quality residential redevelopment of the land adjoining what will be the new Kings Copse Primary School. It also secures funding for the new school building together with other improvements in education provision in the area.
