1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

i) that the revenue budget position for 2007/08 be noted

ii) that the performance information for 2007/08 be noted

iii) that up to £256,000 be transferred to capital for improvements at Calshot and Tile Barn

2. Reason(s)

2.1 Regular budget monitoring reports are submitted to the Executive Member throughout the year to confirm that managerial action is being taken to achieve a balanced budget position and that performance is improved. This report presents the final current financial and performance situation for the Recreation and Heritage Department in 2007/08.
