a) approval be given to terminate the Farm Business Tenancy at Yew Tree Farm, Compton; |
|
b) the Acting Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) be authorised to relet Yew Tree Farm as set out in the report; and |
|
c) in the event of any tenant failing to comply with the rental provision of the lease, or amended repayment arrangements previously approved by the Executive Member for Policy & Resources (Head of Estates) be authorised to commence immediate forfeiture proceedings to recover possession of the County Council Farm Holding. |
