1. Summary:
The following decision is sought:
1.1 That for the financial year 2008/2009, a correction be made to the hourly rate for non residential care from £14.05 to £14.04 with effect from 1st April 2008.
2. Reason
2.1 On 18 January 2008 the Adult Social Care Executive Member approved an hourly rate of £14.05 for non residential charges as set out in the report. For administrative purposes, this rate is required to allow units of charge in whole pence for quarter hours. It is therefore proposed to amend the charge to £14.04 per hour with effect from 1 April 2008.
