The following decision is sought:
1.1 That grants be awarded as outlined in the attached report

2.1 To reward the achievements of Hampshire school-age young people inline with the requirements of Michael Austin Harlick's original bequest. These grants meet corporate priorities by ensuring safe transport to and from evening training sessions, encouraging sporting activity among young people and ensuring that Hampshire remains a top sporting county..
