That the Executive Lead Member for Children's Services (Education) advises the Executive Member for Policy and Resources that approval be given to the design project appraisal for the scheme to provide a new Primary School at Abbott's Ann, Andover, at an estimated total cost of £3,380,000, excluding fees. |

The proposed scheme will maximise wellbeing and enhance the quality of place by providing a purpose-built primary school with attached playing field to replace the existing undersized building, thus benefiting all users of the facility. |
