1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the County Council provides support to the Theatre Royal Winchester for the purchase of an advanced website and content management system necessary to secure income via strategic digital marketing subject to the conditions set out in the report.

2. Reasons

2.1 Theatre Royal Winchester (TRW) is a revenue funded client of the County Council - a key element in the cohort of organisations that provide the cultural infrastructure of the County.

2.2 The Theatre Royal is an important part of the cultural infrastructure of the County and its effective operation materially contributes to the corporate objective of enhancing our quality of place.
