1. Summary

The following decision was made:

That the Executive Member for Policy and Resources nominated Councillor Dr. R.J. Ellis as a deputy for Councillor Kendal to attend meetings of the Project Integra Statutory Joint Committee.

2. Reason

To maintain the County Council's representation.

Councillor Davidovitz is no longer a member of the Cabinet (Executive).

Members and Deputies of this Joint Committee must be members of the Executive.

3. Other Options considered and Rejected

Not to appoint a deputy.
