1.1 The following decision was made:
To note, pursuant to Part 1, Chapter 15 of the Constitution, the changes to Cabinet portfolios made by the Leader of the Council with effect from 1 June 2008 subject to the following revisions:
· agreed that the County Council input to the district based Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships remain in the portfolio for the Executive Member for External Relations and Communication; and
· to emphasis the importance of skills development, that the relevant Executive members portfolio be renamed "Executive Member for Skills and Economic Development and Human Resources"
2. Reason
To comply with the provisions in the Constitution which also require the changes to be reported to the County Council. This will be done on 10 July 2008.

5. Dispensation granted by the Standards Committee - None.
