Subject: Regional Funding Allocation `Refresh' 2008

1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

      That the Joint Committee endorses the recent bid for Regional Funding Allocation in the period 2011-2018, and authorises officers to work with the South East England Regional Assembly in fine-tuning these proposals over the coming months as necessary.

2. Reason

2.1 Following the approval of the Statement `Towards Delivery' and the invitation by the Regional Transport Board to make bids for the Regional Funding Allocation between 2011 and 2018, this report provides information on the packages of schemes submitted for consideration and seeks authority to continue working with the South East England Regional Assembly as necessary over the coming months.
