The following decision is sought:

That the Project Appraisal and associated procurement for the Eastern Shelterbelt Park, the Aldermaston Gateway space and proposed allotments, for Merton Rise, Phase 3 be approved on the basis set out in the report.

This project will contribute towards the Corporate Priorities of maximising wellbeing and enhancing our quality of place by the provision of the Eastern Shelterbelt Park and specifically the kick about area, equipped play area, and the Aldermaston Road Gateway Space and Allotments for the new residential community within the wider Merton Rise development.
