Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

a) That the proposed transactions shown in the schedule be approved; and

b) the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services (Interim Head of Estates) be authorised to settle the detailed terms and conditions

Reasons

2.1

The transactions detailed in the schedule will ensure efficient and effective use of the County Council's property assets. Collectively, the proposals support all three of the Corporate Priorities: Hampshire safer and more secure for all, maximising wellbeing and enhancing our quality of place.
