Committee delegated the review to a scrutiny review group, which held its first meeting in June 2007. The chairman reported progress to the committee during 2007. Timescale for bringing recommendations to the Committee: April 2008. Report received and endorsed at April meeting. Report to be communicated to the relevant Executive portfolio holders and external agencies. Responses to be considered by the Committee. Outcome monitoring by the Committee over the coming year |
