The following decision is sought:

1.1. That the Recreation and Heritage Department (Arts Service) provides administrative, financial and HR support to the programme, holding and managing the budget on behalf of the partnership.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. Acting as the administrative hub for the project ensures that robust systems and accountability provided by the County Council provide audit assurance for the funding body.

2.2. The decision links to all three corporate priorities.

3.1. Option 1: Hampshire County Council acts as administrative Hub for the Find your Talent - Push4Culture programme.

3.2. Option 2: That the County Council does not act as administrative hub for the Programme
