1) Summary

The following decision is sought:

1.1. That Hampshire County Council will transfer it's Sole Trustee status, and management of the Flora Twort Gallery and associated assets (premises, collection, and endowment fund) to Petersfield Museum Ltd.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. The proposed scheme will maximise wellbeing and enhance the quality of place for all users of the Flora Twort Gallery.

3) Other options considered and rejected:

Option 1: To enter into another management agreement with a private restaurant

proprietor.

Option 2: Museums Service to staff the gallery.
