The following decision is sought:

1.1. That partnership funding totalling £11,784 as listed below be approved for allocation from the Communities Building Fund for 2008/09

	Hall/Centre District £ East Boldre Village Hall New Forest 4,683 Tadley & District Community Association Basingstoke & Deane 1,851 Weeke Community Association Winchester 5,250 Total 11,784

	2) Reasons for the decision
	2.1 To support organisations that seek to enable local people to meet the recreational, educational, social, cultural and environmental needs of their local communities and to achieve the aim of the Corporate Priority - enhancing our quality of place by improving community buildings to provide excellent local facilities.

3) Other options considered and rejected:

3.1. allocating partnership funding at higher and lower levels.

3.2. allocating no partnership funding at all.
