1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the Joint Committee submits the comments on the Government's proposed modifications to the South East Plan as set out in Appendix 1.

2. Reason

2.1 To ensure the interests of Transport for South Hampshire are properly represented in the development of the South East Plan.

3. Other Options Considered and Rejected

3.1 Taking no action, which would prevent Transport for South Hampshire from having any further influence over the contents of the South East Plan.
