Subject: South Hampshire Agreement - Transport Memorandum of Understanding

1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the Memorandum of Understanding for Highways, as part of the South Hampshire Multi Area Agreement be approved.

2. Reason

2.1 The Memorandum of Understanding will allow for good working relationships in South Hampshire between the Department for Transport, the Highways Agency and Transport for South Hampshire.
