1.1. That an investment of £3,000 for Creative Industries Business Advice & Services (CIBAS) is approved from the Arts Activity Grant budget for 2008/09.

2) Reasons for the decision

2.1. CIBAS supports artists and creative enterprises by providing free one-to-one creative business advice and access to professional development training, events and opportunities.

2.2. The Decision links to the corporate strategy by enhancing our quality of place.
